I have been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1985, and the Washington State Bar since 1988; my practice is limited to family law matters in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Since 2002, I have been working with a group of attorneys who have been trained in the Collaborative Law process.  This is a new aspect of divorce practice, where the parties and their attorneys work together towards a resolution of the issues before any court action is taken. I offer first-time clients a free 15-minute telephone consultation, and an in-office initial consultation (usually one to two hours) at a flat rate of $280. This enables you to meet me and my assistant, discuss the legal process, the relevant issues of your case, and the outcome we hope to achieve.
